Personal Biography
Eric Dolash joined the Premier Dermatology team in May 2022 and since then has treated thousands of patients. His expertise includes skin cancers, pre-cancers, acne, rashes, and psoriasis, among others. He also focuses on procedures, including skin cancer excisions and cyst removals. Eric began his medical career in 2000 as a combat medic in the Iowa Army National Guard, where he still serves at the rank of Major in a company command position.
Eric has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In 2014, he graduated from the Army’s Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) and spent his first 8 years in orthopedics, where he independently treated patients in the clinic and assisted in over 5,000 surgeries. Eric’s addition to the team allows for rapid access to thorough and effective dermatologic treatment with many same day appointments open.
He loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife Karry, 2 young daughters, and dog Bentley. His hobbies include working out, golf, and watching the Hawks. Eric is the President of an Iowa based non-profit called Veteran Flagpole Initiative, which funds and installs flagpoles for Veterans across Iowa (www.veternflagpoles.org).
